Growing Up

We're celebrating 7 years of Hannah today.  I can't believe we're on our 2nd round of birthdays in our second Michigan house.  She woke up to cold and cloudy and later rainy today and the usual rush of getting off to school was made a little lighter with donuts bought last night and no lunches for Mom to make.  Daddy stuck around for singing and hugs.

We were a tiny bit rushed after a wardrobe change, but we grabbed a quick shot before heading out the door.

A lunch date with just Mommy.



She's antsy about opening the few presents we saved for today--with a birthday party two weeks before the actual birthday, it seems we celebrate birth months around here. :)  She'll have dance class in an hour and then on to a family dinner with singing requested by the wait staff.  Last night she was already lamenting that her birthday will come to an end...so I'm off to help her celebrate to the fullest.  She's our little lady, our Cinderella and we don't want to miss one song...
