Sorry for the lack of updates and pictures, but this week has been crazy! The last of our household goods are being loaded onto the second container today. We leave tomorrow afternoon and we still have a few last minute things to finish. It is quite a task organizing things for a family of five for several different stretches of time. We were able to stay in our house most of the week and are now in a hotel. We'll be in one apartment for a week in Brussels and then move to a second apartment in Waterloo until we find our house. We will most likely be in the second apartment for a couple of months. Daddy has a busy travel schedule and it begins very soon after we arrive. Nathan has his last day of preschool here today and will have all of next week off before he begins preschool at his new school. Hannah and Sarah are both doing great. Sarah is growing so fast and smiling and laughing for us (she might be laughing at us with all the craziness she has witnessed, but we prefer to think she is laughing with us). Hannah continues to be "mein kampf", but in all fairness she has a temperament very similar to mine and we all know what they say about paybacks... Nathan has developed a bit of sassiness lately and has started to give us "ninja hands" and a certain "ninja look" when he is not happy with us. Both of these things make it very hard for Mommy and Daddy to keep a straight face.
The pictures are of the apartment where we will stay in Waterloo until we find a house. The next time we post, we'll officially be xpats! Keep us in your thoughts and prayers!
