At Home With Friends

We were so blessed to be able to meet up with some of our friends during our trip as well. The visits were quick and we didn't get to say enough or see enough of you, but they were great just the same. Thank all of you for taking time away from your holidays to spend with us...germs and all. I especially want to thank the self-proclaimed "germaphobe", Susan, for coming when she has a newborn to go home to. It was so great to see you guys and give you hugs and so great to see all of the kids. We met up with the Millers, Booths and McDonalds in Frisco before we drove to San Antonio the day after Christmas at Gatti Town. It is never easy to get a group of that many people together and we are so thankful that you all could come and worked around our crazy schedule. With 5 adults and 8 kids we were highly outnumbered, but all considered, we did pretty well. Great to see you!

In San Antonio, we were invited for some yummy home made Mexican food at the Buchhorn home. Laura, it was so good and thank you for letting us come and destroy your home for the afternoon. Hannah and Caroline got to dress up like princesses together and Hannah tried her first make-up. Thanks to Miss Caroline's collection, Hannah has discovered a new passion. What have we gotten ourselves into? Thanks a lot, guys. If Caroline starts asking for a drum set, just have her call Uncle Joey and Aunt Nicci. Just kidding. They were beautiful princesses, blue eyeshadow on their chins and all. We had such a great time and enjoyed spending time with you. Thanks again for everything!
